End-User License Agreement (EULA)

for Pixify Pro & Pixify Engine

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User," "You") and Mohammed Gaber ("Developer," "We," "Us").

By installing, using, or activating Pixify Pro, Pixify CLI, Pixify Batch, Pixify SDK, Pixify Server, Pixify Mobile, or any related products ("Software"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software according to the plan you purchased:

1.1 Personal License

  • Use permitted on up to 2–3 devices (depending on the plan).
  • Only for personal or freelance work.
  • Not permitted for SaaS, CI/CD pipelines, or team use.

1.2 Team License

  • License covers up to the number of seats purchased.
  • Each seat equals one active device.
  • Use allowed inside a company team but not public SaaS.

1.3 Enterprise License

  • Large-scale internal company usage.
  • Dedicated support, SLA, and custom limits.
  • No permission to re-sell or expose the Software as a service.

1.4 SaaS Integration License (Special License Only)

  • Required for using the Software as part of a public service or website.
  • Strictly prohibited without this specific license.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

  1. Use the Software to build or operate any publicly accessible SaaS, API service, automation service, or online product without a SaaS Integration License.
  2. Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Software.
  3. Share activation keys with other users.
  4. Exceed the allowed number of devices.
  5. Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software or Pixify Engine.
  6. Use the Software to create a competing image-processing tool.
  7. Bundle, link, embed, or ship Pixify Engine inside another tool or application without a written commercial license.
  8. Remove or hide branding or copyright notices.
  9. Bypass or attempt to bypass license verification systems.
  10. Use the Software in illegal, abusive, or harmful operations.

Violation of any of these terms immediately terminates your license.

2.1 Reverse Engineering Prohibition

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software or any part thereof is strictly prohibited.:
  • This prohibition protects the intellectual property and proprietary algorithms embedded in the Software.:
  • The only exception to this restriction is where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law, despite this limitation.:
  • Any attempt to reverse engineer the Software will result in immediate license termination and may subject you to legal action.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software, Pixify Engine, documentation, UI/UX, algorithms, and all underlying technology are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Mohammed Gaber.

You receive a license to use the Software—You do not own it.

4. Proprietary Software

Pixify is proprietary and closed-source software. The source code, engine, and algorithms are owned and may not be reproduced or distributed.

The Software may use third-party libraries or components under their respective licenses (e.g. MIT or Apache). Those components remain under their original licenses; this does not change Pixify’s nature as a proprietary product.

By using Pixify, you agree that the product is provided as proprietary software and you will comply with these license restrictions.

Pixify is not affiliated with or endorsed by the maintainers of any third-party projects.

5. Updates & Upgrades

  • Updates included during the paid subscription period or as specified in your lifetime license plan.
  • We may change, improve, or discontinue features at any time.
  • Some advanced features may require a higher-tier license.
  • We are not obligated to implement specific feature requests or customizations requested by users.

6. Activation & Verification

  • Software may require online license verification, device fingerprinting, or periodic checks.
  • We reserve the right to disable keys used in violation of the Agreement.
  • Offline usage is permitted, but verification may be required occasionally.

7. Data & Privacy

  • The Software does not upload user images or media.
  • Only minimal metadata may be collected for:
    • license validation,
    • analytics,
    • fraud prevention.
  • We do not collect image content or personal documents.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, CORRUPTED FILES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software during the last 12 months.

10. Termination

Your license may be terminated if:

  • You violate the Agreement
  • You share keys or exceed device limits
  • You attempt reverse engineering
  • Payment fails or subscription expires

Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Software.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Egypt, except where overridden by international copyright treaties.
