Pixify processes your images 100% locally on your device. Processing happens offline, and the only connection to our servers is for license verification—no image data is ever transmitted.

At Pixify, we take your privacy seriously. This privacy policy explains how we handle your data when you use our software.

Zero-Cloud Policy

Your images never leave your device. Pixify operates with a strict zero-cloud policy.

  • 100% local processing: All image processing happens on your local machine
  • No uploads: Images are never uploaded to any server, cloud, or third-party service
  • No cloud storage: We do not use any cloud storage services
  • Complete privacy: Your images remain completely private and under your control
  • Offline-first: The software works entirely offline; internet is only needed for license verification

No Data Collection

Pixify operates completely offline. This means:

  • We do not collect any personal information
  • We do not track your usage patterns
  • We do not transmit any data over the internet (except minimal license verification data)
  • We do not use analytics or tracking tools in the software
  • All image processing happens locally on your device

License Verification Data

The only data transmitted is minimal metadata for license validation:

  • License key (encrypted)
  • Device fingerprint (anonymized hardware identifier)
  • Activation timestamp
  • No image content, file names, or personal data is transmitted
  • Usage sync occurs after processing to update quota. Only numeric data (count, size) is transmitted.

Usage Tracking & Telemetry

Pixify performs usage sync after image processing to manage quota limits and prevent abuse.

  • Only numeric data is transmitted (image count, total bytes processed)
  • No file names, paths, or image content
